This program prepares students to clean, sterilize, and manage surgical instruments used in healthcare facilities. This behind-the-scenes role is critical to patient safety and operating room success.
Admission Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Government-issued Photo ID
- Proof of immunization (Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, Tdap)
- Negative TB test within 12 months
- Clear Background Check and Drug Screening (maybe required for externship if applicable)
- CPR Certification
