This one-hour course provides a comprehensive overview of New Jersey’s laws and regulations governing the practice of massage and bodywork therapy. It fulfills the NJ State Board’s requirement for license renewal. Participants will explore state statutes, board rules, CE requirements, scope of practice, and common violations.

Policies For CE Courses

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled course will receive a full refund, minus a $10 processing fee.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course are non-refundable.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.
  • In the event the course is canceled by the organizer, all registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Grievance Policy:

Beauty & Body Academy School of Massage Therapy is committed to providing a positive learning experience. If a participant has a grievance or concern regarding any aspect of the continuing education course, they should submit their concern in writing to the Program Director within 7 days of the course date.

All grievances will be reviewed promptly and fairly. A written response outlining the resolution will be provided within 10 business days.
