Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled course will receive a full refund, minus a $10 processing fee.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course are non-refundable.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
- In the event the course is canceled by the organizer, all registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
ADA Accommodation Policy:
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Beauty & Body Academy School of Massage Therapy will make reasonable accommodations to ensure equal access to continuing education courses for individuals with disabilities.
Participants requiring accommodations should submit a written request at least 14 days prior to the course start date. Requests can be sent via email to bbacademy647@gmail.com. All information provided will be kept confidential.
Grievance Policy:
Beauty & Body Academy School of Massage Therapy is committed to providing a positive learning experience. If a participant has a grievance or concern regarding any aspect of the continuing education course, they should submit their concern in writing to the Program Director within 7 days of the course date.
All grievances will be reviewed promptly and fairly. A written response outlining the resolution will be provided within 10 business days.
